Pilates Makes Pro Athletes Last Longer

Many careers put undue strain on the body. As a way to improve their careers and prevent injury, ballet dancers, gymnasts and figure skaters have adopted Pilates. Pilates reformer workouts are based on a focus on core and spine movements, which are executed with precision.
