Hey dearies

Ganesh Chaturthi is the beginning of festival season, which has also brought with it the fear of losing weight. These festive months were my favorite as a child. We would have the best Indian sweets and treats. However, these same months are now nightmares for me as a woman who is going through menopause. It’s a horrible feeling to see all the sweet treats around you and not be able to choose one. It’s not fun to be a heavy woman growing up. This year, I came up with a new trick that works. These days, I’m genuinely doing “Window Eating”.

It is Intermittent Fasting, but with a new name. This blog has been a lot about Intermittent Fasting, eating windows, and other topics. If you want to learn more, these links will help.

Many celebrities now try Intermittent fasting or Window eating to lose weight and keep healthy. Check out our Ram Kapoor story. Window eating is a great way to lose weight if you’re a working person. It works because you can eat all your meals within a set time window, which is usually between 12 noon and 7 or 8 p.m. You are missing out on breakfast if you don’t eat enough.

Research based on window-eating for weight loss has shown that it works well with exercises to build muscle.

If you combine window eating with resistance training, it can help you gain muscle and lose fat. Window eating can help you lose weight.

It has been shown that people who gain weight tend to drink less water. However, they do consume more liquids when following a time-based window eating plan. This is because they are not allowed to eat calories during fasting. This automatically increases their fluid intake. This article will tell you what beverages are permitted during the fasting window.

If you aren’t suffering from any type of diabetes or are on medication to lower your blood sugar, window eating can be beneficial for most people. Anyone can benefit from an intermittent fasting or time-restricted eating plan without having to exercise. This diet protocol is not only beneficial for weight loss and blood sugar reduction, but also aids in the regulation of inflammation and microbiome.

It is my personal experience that window-eating for weight loss does not result in any weight loss. There are no side effects to it. It has helped my gut heal. For those who are unable to adhere to daily calorie limits, time-restricted eating can also be beneficial. If I don’t have enough time to eat for a longer period of time, I eat more volume-rich foods like greens, vegetables, and protein-rich carbs.

I find it interesting that 16:8 diet is the most popular weight loss method. This is also known as Intermittent Fasting. If you want to lose weight, there are some simple rules that you can follow.

You can eat your first meal at noon, then eat smaller meals until 8 pm.

The window eating diet is great for healing your stomach. It allows you to eat slowly and gives you time to digest the food properly, which leads to better health. You can lose as much as four to five kilograms weight and inches if you are serious about it. It’s easy to see the benefits.
