Although she was known for being a sharp-minded professional, her memory problems have made her feel ill. She claimed that she had a healthy diet and was well-balanced in nutrition. My mom needs to be reminded that she will soon be 85 and that her memory is prone to failing. Her rant made me reflect on my own state of mind and that of my daughter. My daughter is 26 years old and I am 55. We were discussing the reasons we feel foggy and how to fix it. Brain fog is a problem that affects everyone, not just those in particular ages.

Today I wanted to talk about how our medical condition and diet plan affect our brains. Regular exercise is essential to avoid brain fog. To keep your oxygen flowing, you should get at least 30-40 minutes of exercise every day. Find fun ways to exercise like this.

We realized that when we try to lose weight, we reduce calories. Our nutrition is affected. My mother advises that you follow the traditional Indian diet and eat home-cooked meals. This is true because India has so many cuisines and all of them offer healthy nutrition. Localized meals are cheaper than custom diet plans. Simple dal, roti and rice are all you need to make a healthy, nutritious meal. It’s possible to make it yourself, but if you don’t want to cook for too long, we can help you.
