Oats

Oats are my favorite food. To make this homemade protein powder for weight reduction, I roasted a large bowl of regular oats to make a base. When soaked, oats become a delicious breakfast option. Oat milk can be substituted for milk, and is a great vegan alternative to milk.

Once I had all the ingredients, I took a bowl, added 20 grams of each to a wok, and then dry roasted everything.
