How to make keto condensed dairy
This low-carb liquid gold recipe is easy to make and delicious. You only need:
Two cups Heavy Whipping Cream4 Tablespoons Butter (I use salted butter)2/3 Cup Erythritol (it doesn’t matter if the powdered or granular form is used-I have made it with both Granular Swerve, Confectioners Swerve and Granular Swerve)2 Teaspoons vanilla ExtractIn a medium saucepan combine all ingredients. Heat on medium heat. Stir with a spatula frequently. Make sure you scrape all sides of the bowl and mix well.
2. In just 15 minutes, the mixture will be reduced and produce this thick, sweet, and delicious keto sweetened condensed dairy milk.
Although it’s very easy to make, patience is the most important ingredient. It will take some time to stir the mixture until it turns golden brown and gooey. But it is well worth it.
Important note: Condensed milk that has been left to cool completely will harden. However, you can heat it quickly before using it to bring it back to its original consistency.
