How can you make low-carb ice cream in an old mason jar
There’s good news! It’s very simple!
Put the cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and flavorings in a 16-ounce mason jar. Screw the lid on tight. It should be well shaken. The cream will thicken if you shake it for 5 minutes. You can then put it in the freezer for between 3-4 hours.
You can store ice cream in the freezer for later use if it doesn’t get softened within the three to four hour time period. It can be left at room temperature for 10 minutes, and it will turn out to be creamy!

Ingredients
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Ice Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Strawberry Ice Cream
1 cup Heavy Whipping cream 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 spoons Freeze Dried Strawberries (Powder).
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a mason container. Seal the lid by tightening the screws. Shake the mason container for 5 minutes or until cream thickens and doubles in volume. Remove the cap. Make sure that the cream is firm and thick. Freeze for 3-4 hours. You can either scoop out the ice cream or eat it straight from the container.
Notes
You can leave the ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes if it is still too difficult to scoop out from the freezer. It should then be creamy and smooth!
