Keto Diet Appetizers – Salami & Goat Cheese Finger Foods With Assorted Toppings
Cilantro gives them a classy look. In a while, I haven’t written a blog post. While wandering through the grocery stores this weekend, I felt a little inspired. A salami chub is a sight that would be hard to resist. It’s actually called a “chub”. In the cooler, the goat cheese and salami were very close to each other. Maybe the term “inspiration” is a bit too strong. They are still delicious. The combination of low-class salami and high-class goat cheese is something I love. They make for a great appetizer of medium quality. The presentation is fantastic, let’s face it. It’s a 5-star Yelp review. Classy.
Salami + goat cheese. It’s not rocket science.

Step-By–Step Directions
Cut the Salami into sections. I used only half of the stick and opted to make thicker slices. You can use the entire stick to make a double portion. I had some zucchini and peppers so I used them. You can apply the goat cheese liberally. I used half of the package. You can double-up. Goat cheese acts like glue so use whatever you want. The cilantro leaves make them look elegant and classy. Snap an Instagram picture of your creation to see how many people like it. Keep calm and eat the whole lot.
