Roast the peaches or grill them. Grill: Heat the grill, and clean the peaches if necessary. Place peaches cut side down on the grill. Turn the peaches after 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the sweetener packet on top. Grill the peaches for 3 more minutes. Cover the grill with a lid when you’re done cooking. Butter a baking sheet and place the peaches on it. Nonstick baking sheets are best. Place peaches cut-side down on the baking sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Because raspberries are tart, adjust the sweetness to your taste. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Add vanilla to cream. Whisk in sweetener. Layer whipped cream, peaches and raspberry sauce into wine glasses.
