A stupid girl believed there should have been 24 hours and 5 minutes, unlike those who believed 48 hours should equal a day! For everything, she needed five minutes more – to write an exam, board a bus, or train, and to give a presentation.
She was late for her bus ride from work to her home on the one day she missed (not a good day). She boarded the wrong bus because she was in a rush. She was smart enough to see her error and get down at the signal to ask the bus drivers for the correct bus. In those five minutes, she struggled again to find the right bus. After much running, she finally climbed aboard the right bus.
The girl caught her breath and sat down. She then noticed that her mobile phone was ringing. Mr. Fit had asked Fit about her workout. She replied that she was traveling back home, and is ooooooh so out of breath! Mr. Fit responded that she has done half of her cardio since she runs so many after the buses

The girl said that cardio was easy compared to the anaerobic activity of chasing buses, which caused her to pant so badly. They began to discuss Aerobic vs Anaerobic exercise, and which one is better. What do you think?

What is Aerobic Exercise?

This one has intensity and lasts for a long time. Aerobic is the opposite of boring, monotonous cardio on a treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour. Walking, biking, cardio on treadmill, cross trainer (elliptical machine), and jogging are all examples of aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise uses fat as energy. Aerobic exercise is known to burn fat. However, if you work out too hard, your body will not be in the fat-burning zone.

What is Anaerobic Exercise?

Anaerobic exercise refers to high-intensity exercise that is done over short periods of time. The body uses glycogen,manufactured from glucose for energy while doing anaerobic exercise. Glycogen is more efficient than fatty acids because it has a shorter structure and can be used immediately to provide energy. Anaerobic exercises include weight training, sprinting and rowing. Anaerobic workouts require immediate energy reserves. Because of this, anaerobic exercises tend to burn more Calories from carbohydrates(glycogen) relative to fat, while Aerobic workouts do the opposite.
You will burn more calories from fat if you exercise at a certain heart rate (e.g. 60-70%) This is known as the Fat Burning Zone. You might think that Aerobic exercise is better if you are trying to lose fat. Ummm, not quite true ! Let me explain.
You can burn more calories from fat if your heart rate is lower. You will burn the most fat when you sleep, since your heart rate is lowest at night.


So in theory, sleeping is the best way of cutting Fat. Is that possible in real life?

Ironically, Aerobic exercise can burn more calories from fat than it does calories.
When you exercise, the most important thing is to lose calories. You will lose more calories if you burn more calories. Weight loss is possible as long as you are burning more calories than you consume. To lose 1 pound, you will need 3500 calories. This is still true today. This doesn’t mean that Rasgulla can be eaten at the same calories as your meal, but you can still lose weight. You should read this article to learn more about how calories are treated.
Aerobic exercise has one advantage over aerobic exercise. It will blow you away! Your body will experience a prolonged period of oxygen consumption after an aerobic workout. This means you will continue to burn calories at a faster rate for many hours after your workout. After your workout, your metabolism will continue to be high.
