Allow the mixture to simmer until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low and then add the remaining water. Let it cool. Mix in the lemon juice. Store this mixture in an airtight jar. This mixture should be left for at least 2 days. The mixture can be strained and refrigerated before you drink it.

When sipped properly, tea can be a great choice for your health. Elixir tea is a healthy substitute for milky tea. Elixir is a blend of several ingredients. There are no specific methods for making it. Any aromatic tea that has a few benefits can be considered Elixir. A spicy brew is a good choice for the first thing in your morning.
