Repost: Papaya and Sun Melon Summer Fruit drink recipe
All, Hallo!
What is the best part about summers, besides the breezy days? My experiments with summer drinks and shakes. To create a new flavor for myself, I use literally everything that is in my reach. You will always see two glasses in my glass; I don’t want to suffer the consequences.
It is either a delight for my mother or brother, or they make fun of me. This kind of encourages me to experiment. If I find a great recipe, I will share it here.
Recipe for Papaya and Sun Melon Summer Fruit drink
The summer drink of the moment has a sweet-sour flavor with a hint of ginger. Let’s get started.
You will need these things:
sun melon
papayagingerlemonsalt, pepperwaterice
Method
Begin by cutting off half of a sunmelon.
Start cutting into larger pieces first. You don’t have to be as creative and feminine as me.
To reduce the pieces, you can cut them further.
If your mixer jar has not been of any useful use, remove the dust.
Place the pieces in the jar.
Pick up a fresh papaya now. My papaya is quite large.
You’re familiar with the process. You know the drill. Cut the papaya in similar pieces to sun melon.
These should be transferred to the mixer jar. Add water to the mixture in half of or two thirds of a glass.
Now it is time to add some zesty flavors to your drink. Add half of a lemon to each jar. You must be careful not to let lemon seeds seep into the jar. Otherwise, they could get churned and the entire taste will be lost.
Add pepper. Because I know the taste, I add everything before churning. After churning, you can add.
Salt is optional. This step is optional. Follow your taste buds’ instructions.
I would like some gingery zing in my glass, so I will add a little ginger to the mixture after it has been crushed. It is possible to add some and, if you like it, increase the amount.
You are now ready to hit the button on your mixer. You can now pack the lid and go.
You should not see any large pieces of the drink.
Once you’re done, pour the drink over crushed Ice.
You can now gulp in a corner and ask for your share. P
It is very filling and healthy. It can be enjoyed with vegetable toast, as a breakfast drink, or after a workout. These Navratras allow you to have it with a meal, but don’t add salt. It can be served as a quick-friendly drink.
Papaya is great for our digestive system. It can help with indigestion, constipation and heartburn, as well as gastric ulcers.
People with abnormal blood clotting are likely to find papaya very helpful. This is because fibrin, an enzyme that prevents blood clots from happening, is present in the plant. It has anti-cancerous properties.
Potassium in high quantities regulates body fluids, making it a common problem in summer.
You know the greatest benefit? Get close to your ears. It is very low in calories and cools you down in the summer. Papaya has a low amount of calories per 100g.
Vitamin C and beta carotene are found in sun melon. These vitamins help prevent many diseases from attacking our bodies, and keep our skin healthy. Think about the sweetness of the fruit. It is okay to eat natural fruit sugar; however, it is best to consume it during the first part of the day when your body is more active.
Let me know if you tried it, and if you liked it.
Take care
