Three Quick Smoothies for Good Health
Let me take your on a journey through smoothies. They are delicious, healthy, and filling. If you’re ready to hear the story of love, happiness and living happily, this is the recipe for you. Are you ready to try these quick smoothies for weight loss and good health?
Smoothie Mango-Coconut Green
The recipe takes only 5 minutes and is suitable for 1 person.
INGREDIENTS
Coconut water: Half a cup
A quart cup low-fat cheese
One cup chopped spinach/kale
Half a cup frozen banana slices
A half cup chopped ripe mango or raw mango
Flaxseeds: 1 tablespoon
Honey for your taste
This smoothie is my favorite because it contains mango. You can also add spinach and banana to the smoothie. Then, combine it with coconut water (a source protein) and cottage cheese (a source for calcium). Voila! A delicious smoothie is ready. Flaxseed can be added to this delicious concoction to provide the Omega 3 fats that our bodies require. It also helps keep the digestive system in order. Tip: For a restful night, add some curd, bananas, spinach/kale or yogurt to your smoothie. Smoothies make healthy snacks, great for snacking between meals or at brunch. You will get more sleep if you add yogurt, sour cream, bananas, and spinach/kale. This is why? Curd and sleep are promoted by kale and bananas.
Smoothie with Citrus Berry
Wow! I’m so happy I found this “meal-in a glass” smoothie. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants thanks to the orange and blueberries. It also contains carbohydrates which keeps me full and satisfied. People who are constantly on the move and active will love it. Free radicals have no chance of creating more cancer cells or tumor cells. The antioxidants kill them all. Antioxidants are good for your skin and hair. The iron in the fruits also helps to transport oxygen around the body. This smoothie is packed with power, citrus berries!
