Over the past forty years I have been trying to lose weight using different diets. I have only achieved success once in all my attempts, but it was temporary. One thing that I’ve learned from all my efforts is that my energy levels have been affected by my lifestyle and weight.
My energy drops when I gain weight. If I lose weight using free diet plans found on the internet, then my energy levels drop again. I’ve come to the conclusion that it is better to keep our energy up than lose or gain weight. Bad lifestyles are a hindrance to our ability achieve any life goal. To stay active and not get tired, we need to change our lifestyle.
